What image formats do you offer?
All images are in JPG format.

How much does an image cost?
All images are available for $10, and images in our Bargain Bin are available for $1 for a limited time per image.

How do I download images?
After you have purchased an image, you will be give the ability to download the image immediately. If you have any issues during the download process, please contact us.

Are the images royalty free?
Yes, all images are royalty free.

Are there any usage restrictions on the images I purchase?
Our usage policy is very flexible, with a few exceptions. Specifically, you can not re-print, re-sell, re-post, or re-distribute the photos alone or as a main definitive part of your project or product. Simply, the images are not intended to BE your product - they are intended to be integrated into your product or design as a supporting element. Please see the Image Usage Agreement page for more information.

If your usage requirements fall outside the scope of the Image Usage Agreement, we also offer Special Licensing.

Photographers

Can I sell my photos on GreatOutdoorPhotos.com?
Yes, you can sign up to sell your images online.

How much does it cost to sell my photos on GreatOutdoorPhotos.com?
Selling photos on GreatOutdoorPhotos.com is free. For each photo you sell, we take a 50% commission. Checks are mailed every month as long as you reach $25 in your account.

Accounts

Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds for images purchased or for subscriptions. We offer you the ability to preview images prior to purchase, so please keep this in mind before you purchase an image or subscription. If you have a special situation please let us know and we'll review your case.

If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading images?
No, you will be able to download up to the number of images specified for your account, with no further restrictions or hidden costs.

Can I share my account with someone else?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.

I bought a subscription, but it says I'm not activated.
On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have purchased a subscription and you are not able to access photos, please contact us immediately.
